Taking place on the 2nd August 2009 at The Roadhouse in Covent Garden, London is this year’s edition of London’s Alright.
London Alright has been running for a number of years combining great live music and raising money for charity. This year London Alright will be raising awareness for Kajiado Children’s Home and funds for the Manna Community Project.
The Manna Community Project is an extension of the Kajiado Children's Home which has been caring for orphaned, destitute and disabled children for over 10 years, we operate in the Rift Valley area of Kenya.
The event will consist of 5 live acts with a house DJ in between sets. The following bands are confirmed – Nadeem Leigh, Halo, McGoozer. Tickets are already on sale at £5 – from the website www.londonsalright.co.uk – which also contains more information about the event including directions to the RoadHouse.
Please support this event and buy your tickets as soon as possible. All proceeds from the event are going straight to Manna Community Project.
This year, funds being raised are going towards the fund for the construction of a health centre in the village of Mile 46.
More information about this and the Manna Project can be found here We wish to thank Stuart Houston and all the team at London’s Alright for all the time and energy they have invested in London Alright and in choosing to support us.
Your support is invaluable.
